Welcome to Crash Course Latin American Literature! In 13 episodes, this series introduces viewers to the themes, trends, and movements that have breathed life into Latin American literature for centuries. From Indigenous texts to contemporary novels, across genres and languages, by canonical and emerging authors, and with diverse viewpoints, the series explores how Latin American writers have been shaped by the dynamic cultures, history, and politics around them.

As Subject Matter Expert for this project, I designed and developed the series concept and thematic thread, created the episode and reading list, edited the scripts, and contributed to the production process collaborating with an amazing team of scriptwriters, editors, producers, animators, designers, and more!
